Was a booking for a Christmas Lunch but had no Turkey or traditional Christmas Desert!
When I asked why they said the Chef did t have budget lol so I said just charge more or offer an alternative menu!
I even offered to buy them a Turkey to prepare etc

It was one of the better experiences I have had from hotels worldwide.
I can freely recommend a stay in this hotel, be it for business or pleasure.

很好 It’s a good 3 star hotel with lovely staff. With an injection of cash and more staff training (plenty available but lacking attention to detail) it could become a really good 4 star. The big let down was the poor shower and dated bathroom. But it’s one of those hotels that you just want to to do better

满意 Staff were very welcoming. Pleasant outlook over Saldanha Bay. Hotel feels a little dated. Comfortable bed. Gym in desperate need for a revamp or dedicate more space and do a new one properly. Breakfast service good, but food selection could be better. Functional more than satisfying stay.

friendly efficient check in, lovely room with fab sea view, efficient A/C which heated when necessary. had originally booked one night but so enjoyed myself ended up staying for three. property well maintained and small pool had enough shade to make relaxing and reading a book enjoyable. food in restaurant excellent and reasonably priced. thoroughly recommended
