The staff’s very friendly and professional

We had the help of Koko to plan our volcano expedition and our transportation to our next destination. His kindness was the highlight of our stay. Thank you so munch for your time!

The staff was very friendly. Yanto, one of the management team was especially kind to me a d my girlfriend, taking great care of us during our stay.

My room is diffrent from the picture. I stay at executive suite, but the interior design very different. My executive suite room with old interior design, sofa uncomfortable. We very dissapointed. The furnitures and the balcony are not clean. There are dust. Very bad. The breakfast not nice, not delicious (all food and drink, especially the juices are tasteless. Flow the food for a long time. They make us not comfort to stay at the hotel.

pleasant experience

Recomended hotel....

An old hotel that Hotel's environment not clean, no shuttle bus to nearest tourism destination

The room without air con. Amazing!
