Great location, staff friendly and helpful. Room was great with a beautiful river view. Only negative ... no equal sugar

Room was ok, uncomfortable bed, unable to use aircon at night as it was too noisy. Shower head needs to be replaced. Staff were great.

The unit was lovely and clean and roomy everything you need very handy to everything, would highly recommend

Stay in a one bedroom apartment , very comfortable beds and unit was clean. Great views from our balcony.

Well furnished kitchen but maybe a bottle opener? Cleanliness great and products for cleaning and bathing well supplied. Did not get a chance to use pool.

Clean room, great view, staff were super lovely, only real downside is the parking for high vehicles and I believe it was quite a point of contention with other gentleman I spoke to in the car park that were having the same issue as I, perhaps, and I absolutely don’t mean to tell anyone how to run their business but if I had a say in it for such an event as rockynats where there are allot of taller tow vehicles and show cars, the upper floor parking spaces could have “reserved for oversized vehicles” signs temporarily fitted to the wall with a request that if your vehicle can fit in the lower car park than please do so, he’ll I’d even pay a considerable amount extra to guarantee any one of those parks and not have deal with the worry of parking out on the street, I understand there’s not a great deal you can do about any of it but that’s just my 2 cents, also thank you for finding my AirPods and letting me know, greatly appreciated. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Clean and good location

We had a great stay was easy to find, although they stated parking is limited we found there was enough parking. TV, Internet and air-con worked with ease. Dinner at Trufusion at the base of the hotel was amazing.
