This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite.
Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this.
Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else.

一般 1st - there are no highlighted before i go must contact them... i carry my luggage to look for help... from east to west tower upstairs to downstairs
2nd - the floor mat is dirty, the floor is dust...
3rd - the worst the kitten very dirty...
