The property, staff, views, and location to trails are incredible. We did not realize that there is a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel from the bus stop with luggage. I would recommend contacting the hotel ahead of time to see if there are delivery options available. The hotel was able to transport our luggage to the bus stop upon check out for a small fee. Breakfast (including traditional Japanese options and a few western options) as well as a multi-course dinner are included. The private onsen was very enjoyable. However, we found the beds to be extremely firm and did not sleep well. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Luxury property with beautiful rooms, stunning views, amazing food and friendly staff. What a great place to stay to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommend!

我們單攻凅澤，比預期回來晚，服務人員還打給緊急連絡人，好險有spa,,走37 km硬掉的腿才得以放鬆，法餐漂亮又好吃，麵包跟牛肉還能續，這次體驗超讚！

드링크와 과자가 무료고, 코스로 나오는 저녁식사가 너무나도 맛있었고 인상깊었었습니다. 아침 뷔폐도 너무 맛있었고 룸컨디션은 말 할 것도 없이 좋아요. 호텔이 가미코치 여행의 즐거움을 더 증폭 시켰어요

A very comfortable hotel with exceptional service. The room was lovely with great views of the river and mountains. The food in the restaurant was of a very high quality. We stayed two nights and had a superb French-style meal on the first night with wine pairing. On the second night there was an excellent Japanese meal with Sake pairing. Very impressed overall.

Amazing!!!

We recently stayed at Lemeiesta on the 23rd and 25th of September. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The service is wonderful and you feel very safe and looked after at the hotel. The staff were so accomodating, they let us leave our luggage with them whilst we did a hike and then checked back in the next night and when we checked back in our luggage was in our room which was a big help as we didn’t have to worry about our property whilst we were hiking and staying at the mountain hut. And the food!!! Absolutely delicious! The dinner was such good quality and tasted amazing with a different menu on each of the nights we stayed. Could not fault this hotel and we hope to be back soon. From Perth Australia 😊😊

Staying here was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The view from our bedroom was absolutely stunning - I miss it already. The giant windows made for such a special place experience. If you can afford the river facing rooms, it is an absolute must. The view of the stars at night, especially through the provided binoculars, was breathtaking. The onsen is really lovely too, so definitely worth a visit. Finally, the food - wow! We didn’t expect to have such fine quality dining, with wonderful service. It was definitely some of the best food we ate on our entire trip (especially the beef). Delicious!
