Beautiful and large modern space. Perfect for 5 and in the heart of everything!

The apartment itself was very nice and the location was great. Unfortunately, the host was not responsive at all. I tried contacting host to see if we could check in early and received no reply. I never received the instructions on how to check in. I had to contact Expedia and they contacted the host who then sent the instructions. When we got there, the code they gave us to get in did not work. I tried contacting host and received no reply. I even called the emergency number they gave and got no reply. I contacted Expedia again and they got in touch with the host who gave us another code to use and then we were able to get in the apartment. Thank you Expedia for all your help!

They don’t send you details on checking in until roughly the day before which can be concerning. But they do and the place is exactly like it looks. It’s in a great location.

Great location

It was a nice apartment. Area was nice and a 5 minute walk to downtown. Communication with hosy was lacking. I had a few questions before I left for my trip and no one ever responded. They did not mention anything about parking. You have to pay for parking thevwhole time as there is no parking for the building at all, which would have been good to know and was one of my questions before i got there.

The apartment itself is modern and clean and in a great location! However...there was ZERO commination from the property beforehand...making check in difficult. No response regarding an early check in, and hence when we got to the property we put the code in to enter and walked in to the apartment to find other people still there...safety in question here a bit!! Please can the owners look at communication with guests...as otherwise it was a fab apartment

For the amount of money they are charging per night, one expects more amenities and facilities, even the basics were missing and to top it of, there was absolutely no way to communicate. The email, they provided, noone answered it at all. There was no iron board, iron or washer or dryer in the apartment. Floors were poorly cleaned and bed sheets had some gritty stuff on them. Tv remote did not work properly and internet connection was poor. Parking was very hard to find around this area and for the 3 nights that we stayed, we had to park on other streets around the building. Check in was easier and area around has lots of restaurants and city center is close by. Overall would not stay here again.

Perfect location just a 10 minute walk from the bus station and the rest of town. Super clean apartment with everything we needed. When we arrived the cleaners were still there. She was very helpful and kind. The communication from the property management could have been better. Otherwise it was fantastic and will recommend to friends and family staying in Reykjavik.

The place was clean. We had booked for 5 adults but there were proper.beds for only 4 adults. One person ended up sleeping on the sofa. There was no microwave and the induction stove top did not work. Sharing one bathroom with 5 people was little hard too. Most emails were not responded to. They allowed late check out which was very helpful.

Great location, nice property. Would stay here again!
