Kampi Villas Nusa Dua

DO NOT BOOK—TOTAL SCAM AND DECEIVING PHOTOS. This was the absolute worst experience of our vacation. The photos online are highly deceiving—they must be from when the villas were brand new because the property is now completely run-down and neglected. We paid an exorbitant price for what was advertised as a luxury private villa, but it was negative in every single aspect: • Dilapidated State: There are cracks in the floor, and the main door barely locks. The shower only gives freezing cold or scalding hot water. • No Privacy: The living room only sheer. Furthermore, the "private" pool is located right in front of other villas' windows and the main walkway where everyone walks past. • Broken Amenities: The AC looked like it came out of a war zone. It ran all night and never cooled the bedroom neither the ground floor. • Filthy Cleanliness: The bedsheets were dirty and covered in stains. • Nightmare Check-In: We arrived at midnight after explicitly notifying the property. Only a sleeping security guard was there. He spoke no English and spent an hour calling, trying to wake up the manager. We had to wait outside with our bags until the manager finally answered just to tell him to hand us the keys. • Abysmal Management: The next morning, we tried to cancel. The manager refused a refund and just blamed the owner. We had to abandon the property, lose booking money, and book another place. This listing is a scam that will ruin your vacation. Avoid at all costs!

Très belle villa ! Un peu éloignée du centre, il fait donc un chauffeur ou un scooter!

The property was nice but away from shops and realised on their transport
