Really liked the place and it was very clean! Breakfast was delivered everyday to the room which was nice and you can order extra. Location is near the Trevi fountain in a busy location with access to many places. The reason why I give it a 3 star is because they recommended that I eat downstairs at the restaurant and I was scammed $129 euros for a lobster pasta dish and I am not sure if there is some type of kickback between the hotel and the restaurant.

Lovely stay in the heart of the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable with high ceilings. We could easily walk to many sights. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious: pastries and bread, cured meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juice, cappuccino… The only challenge was the elevator situation. Because it’s an older building and it appears the elevator was added later, the elevator does not stop on every floor and instead stops at the landing between, so it is necessary to carry your bags up a half flight of stairs and down a half flight of stairs. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with us though. Overall, we loved the hotel and location, and we would definitely stay here again.

this place was an absolute gem! located in such a central place, making it so easy to walk everywhere. the fontana di trevi was less than five minutes away by foot! and the rest of the city was so easy to explore from here. the actual facility was so well maintained. beds were incredibly comfortable! and staff were both so kind and helpful — offering great recommendations and options depending on what we wanted to do for the day. complimentary breakfast was very nice. we filled out a form for what we wanted and when, and it was brought to our room the next morning! this place is an absolute gem. 10/10 would recommend staying here. when we return, will definitely be booking them again (:

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing. We could walk to everything, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning, the room was large enough for all four of us, comfortable, and very clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, it is perfect for a family of four. This hotel was one of the best!

Great location, very vibrant area, but quiet inside.

Amazing staff, helpful and friendly! Quick to help in any way. Room was spotless and clean! Breakfast was served to your room (perfect for when you’re still tired from all that walking). Location is excellent! Highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning! P.S you need to navigate stairs to get to the lobby no problem if you’re knees are in working order!

Very good hotel but elevator is an issue if you have luggage or old people

Check in was easy because the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. The location is amazing and the place is clean and staff are so nice

Elevator in between the levels and had to carry bags up and down if at least 20 steps. Also it is basically bed and breakfast. No one there after 7 pm

Great stay in central Rome. Very close to many tourist spots. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
