A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom.
Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick!

Overall our staying was good, however since it was beginning of the April and central heating was already off, it was very cold in bathroom.

Fantastic service from the team at Almaty Hilton DoubleTree.
My trip was unexpectedly lengthened from 4 days to 21 and the hotel was accommodating with all my needs.
Great food also.
