星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Sharra is the best worker her and always has a smile on her face. And she’s been here for my daughter more when she’s needed through hard times. I love this place cause of this kinda amazing woman.

Friendly

DO NOT BOOK!! Automatic check out at 10:30 AM!! Despite their policy saying 11AM!! DO NOT BOOK if you cannot arrive before 10 PM. The lobby closes at 10 PM. My flight was delayed so I didn’t get to the hotel until around midnight. There was a phone hanging on the wall that said dial zero for late night check-in. I spent an hour trying to get a hold of somebody. I had to call customer service on my own phone and eventually around 2 AM. I was able to get checked in by an employee who supposedly works overnights and does the late night check-in, but wasn’t answering the late night check-in phone. It was extremely stressful. I paid for my booking through Expedia before arrival, so it was paid in advanced. The hotel asked me for a credit card when I arrived. I assumed it was for a deposit and because I was so tired I didn’t ask. The next day the charges never fell off. I contacted the front desk and they told me that they charge me for the room that was my nightly rate which did not make sense because I had already paid for the room through Expedia. They would not reverse the charge or give me my money back and I had to contact Expedia to help dispute this. They offer a later check out but you have to make sure you arrange that before 10:30 or else you have to buy another night

Great

no meals in the morning

Very clean room with individual air conditioning, clean kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, electric stove etc. Very courteous staff

I like this hotel because it convenient. I didn’t like it because some basic inside the room hadn’t as glasses and cup inside the room . Hadn’t napkins and basic of hotels

A/C was in prime condition

Not a hotel we would stay at again.

The ac sounded like a car engine trying to throw a rod and worked about as good. Lobby Doors locked at night. It looked like an asylum with really dated interior. You hadto trade your towell at the desk for new. No ice. The best I can say is the front desk folks were nice. But you had to yell to get their attention. You couldn't get a refund. I would recommend go someplace nicer.
