Good Hotel! I can recommend it.

Excellent location, staff were great , great hotel

We paid extra for a deluxe room which was nice, however, the balcony view was bad as it faced railroad tracks and not the ocean like most rooms. Would have been nice if the bad view was disclosed upfront.

Our floor never felt clean and we left our shoes at our door. The pool had green algae around edges and was in tge shad and very cold. No ledge to sit on, just a ladder, its a liner pool, not gunite. The other 2 are basically hot tubs. Breakfast is a big selection but not very good quality. The coffee was from a machine and tasted like instant coffee. The fruit was mostly canned fruit, only 1 fresh option. There is no ac in the hallways or elevators. There are still steps to haul your luggage up even using the elevator. On the plus side the bar attendants upstairs on patio were very responsive and flexible and tgere is a view from there. The location is pretty close to train which is good.

Great staff. Location was perfect. Walls are so thin that the screaming baby down the hall who screamed bloody murder all day every day for my entire stay was a real issue for the entire hotel tho. Also, bathrooms were recently remodeled but the shower was so tiny I couldn’t bend over to pick up any toiletries without opening the doors and drenching the floor. Some shower shelves would help.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! From our welcome drinks at their bar while playing cards till the check out and transportation to the airport arranged by the hotel. Our room was comfy, spacious and, of course, clean! It looked fresh every day! Localization is great - walking distance from nice restaurantes, banks, grocery store and from the main square.

Property is right next to Sorrento railway station, less than 10mins walk into the main part of town. The room was clean and well presented, with plenty of space for two people. Staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions. The breakfast catered for different tastes and was a handy option for the start of the day. Rooftop bar had a wonderful view as well.
