Front desk and Concierge were very efficient, Sally the assistant restaurant manager was very helpful and catered to all our needs would definitely recommend her for a promotion she was amazing.

The lobby area is spacious, the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has an amazing variety to choose from and was very delicious. The concierge staff He Yong Sheng was very helpful. My daughter ran out of contact lenses solution and all the deliveries needed either a local phone number or will only be able to deliver the solution the next day. This staff was really helpful to lend his phone number and was very hospitable throughout our stay.
