The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym area were very good. The room was large and clean, but we found the beds quite hard and bathroom layout with one off the kitchen rather than next to the bedroom was strange. Amazing amounts of storage and UK plug sockets was an unexpected bonus. Kitchen layout and equipment was very good with large 10litre drinking water dispenser provided. Only element that made us drop from 5 star to 4 was the scaffolding outside our balcony which meant we could not get the benefit of the feature and was a specific to us on booking. Overall great stay and staff were very good at responding to our messages when our original flight was cancelled meaning we arrived a lot later than expected. Hotel is in a great location and would recommend.

Fantastic hotel. The staff and facilities could not be better. We had a very late flight the day of our check out but the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them and use the pool and shower facilities for the day. Absolutely fantastic service. The apartment was superb, huge space and all amenities you would need. We only stayed one night but if we had stayed longer it would have been ideal for that longer stay also.

This hotel is well catered for families, we are a family of 4 and stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, and it was HUGE. 1 bathroom and laundry room with toilet, a decent living room and kitchen and dining table. Very comfortable with daily housekeeping. We used the pool every afternoon to cool off and recharge before heading out to dinner. There is a mini supermarket which was handy to buy drinks. This is an older hotel, the decor and furniture could be refreshed, but still very functional and for the price of the room rate it's good value. The location is close to Ben Thanh Markets, about a 10-15mins walk, which we didn't mind, you see more of the neighbourhood. When it got too hot to walk back to the hotel, we got Grab vehicle (like Uber) to take us. The cost is super cheap.

For large families, this would have been an ideal accommodation choice given the size. We had originally got a one-bedroom apartment, but was upgraded to a 2-bedder. As we there for work, the added space was a bonus for us. A little dated in terms of design, but clean. The appliances were in excellent condition - pan, microwave, toaster, fridge and water boiler looked new. My only gripe perhaps was that there was only one toilet for the whole apartment. Had 2 large tvs (think they were 48 in) and connectivity with your own Netflix and Amazon Prime account was seamless (remember to sign out before you check out!) For those on work, there’s a little lounge area behind the reception, which was perfect for us to have meeting with clients. There’s a small supermarket connected which would meet most of your needs if you are cooking, or simply getting some bentos. There’s also the Jap restaurant (Morico) which was pretty decent and comes with a discount for hotel guests. It is also the breakfast partner for a price. Cafe also next door. For food outside of the hotel, the best option nearby is Quan Nem Restaurant, which is a 5min walk away. Be prepared to queue though. But the most important part is the staff. Friendly and helpful, they were always there. Makes you feel right at home. Would be coming back for my next trip there!

Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping staff very helpful. Some of front desk personnel were friendly and efficient, some not so much. Appliances and TVS however were either old or not functioning well. Hotel had to replace washer/dryer, and 1 TV that still did not work well afterwards.

Room is very clean, a little outdated compared to other newer hotels, but acceptable. Standard amenities. Staff is very helpful.
