梵蒂冈提马克酒店 (Tmark Hotel Vaticano)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Very central to the Vatican, literally across the street. A little further from the center of Rome, but still very accessible to everything.

It’s very convenient and safe. The breakfast is too expensive.

The shower head wasn’t working well and the bathroom walls and floor got very wet and slippery. The AC was freezing for two days until the front desk was aware and fixed the situation.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly! Only issue is that I wish I knew that the breakfast was not complimentary.

The staff was very helpful. We arrived early & our check in time was 4:00. They held our luggage until we were able to check in.

The location was great, but taking a shower in the bathroom was uncomfortable. It had the feel of an old hotel. There was a stain on the bathroom wall, which looked like a trace of a water leak. On the bright side, the AC worked well. I thought it was a 4-star hotel, but it felt more like a 3-star."

Un lugar excelente en todos los aspectos

The hotel is well-located, clean, and pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, there is no iron or ironing service available. Additionally, the air conditioning is controlled from reception, which can be quite inconvenient since they turn it on and off without notice, leaving you unable to adjust the temperature in your room. Furthermore, the locker box is small and does not accommodate a computer. Aside from these issues, I had a very nice stay.

no hot water, aircon is not properly working

The front desk could have been more friendly
