A fantastic breakfast is included with your stay. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to help. The garden area is a nice place to sit and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

The check in staff were friendly enough but that is about as much nice stuff as you about the place. The beds felt like you was sleeping in a bowl with no supports under the mattresses and the room and bathroom need updating. I could have dealt with the room but the restaurant was where it truely falls apart. You are handed a menu which they was unable to produce about 95% of what was listed.

The hotel 's facility is old and does not reach to 3 start hotels. Dirty chairs ,sofa , bed, bathroom, reception areas. Housekeepers are lazy and did not clean our room and change bedsheets for 13 days. They just came to change towers and put more water and toilet paper . Food is bad

The safety box was not be able to fix . The light is dark in the room. The toilet paper was very limited

Very nice and helpful staff, especially Ms. Vy at dining room. Great location , close to night market and many good restaurants . Decent property condition except the gym which was rather derelict , unfit of a 4star hotel.

These type of hotels are to be found all over SE Asia, coach package tours used by locals, Koreans and Chinese. They usually arrive in the afternoon and depart early in the morning, making a racket on both occasions. On a positive note, its well located and the staff are friendly and professional. Negatively, the breakfast is as bland as the rest of the hotel.
