The room was moldy. It was filthy with plaster dust. It was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper stuffed in cracks to seal draughts. Mice droppings, cockroaches.

Do not stay the worst place ive ever seen dirty bedding with cig burns broken glass shower screen taped up blood on kitchen cooker hood omg the list go on left after 5 mins stillwairin

I guy literally OD'd on heroine while I was there. My room was dirty, the door barely locked. Worst place I have ever stayed. But it was cheap haha.

Was ok for a place to crash was good

DO NOT STAY HERE, It is horrible. Infested with cockroaches, we ended up not staying here and they wouldn’t refund us even though we didn’t stay. The bathroom window was missing so bugs just coming in. I have requested WOTIF remove this property so no one else has to experience this. Be careful using WOTIF to book stays as they obviously don’t check the properties are at a certain level. It should at least have all windows, doors that lock and be clean. I am very disappointed with WOTIF and that this property was even available on their website and App.

Very dated decor. Dirty bath mat which they kindly exchanged. I went to strip the bed but stopped when I found dirt stains on the pillow under the pillow case.

The property is very dirty. The corridors & room smelled an awful smell. There was noise in the building. People yelling, drunk people outside, the main glass door was smashed. The furniture was dusty & smelly including pillows and bed sheets. The curtains were broken and allowed light to come through early morning.

It was dirty, the door lock did not work, the light fitting was smashed, there was no bed light, most power points did not work. A paint job on one wall was not finished. It stank of smoke

Might need to some maintenance around the building. Better kitchen facilities required. Leaking toilet in bathroom. One thin quilt on a 4 degree night. Cable tie under the sheet of single bed. Chocolate milk spilt all over wall next to main bed, sheets covered in same chocolate milk.

If you are on a tight budget and can accept a partly repurposed, almost derelict property with parking, cooking, and good access to public transport, you should consider the price worth considering. If you are looking for a tidy, comfortable and well appointed room, perhaps look elsewhere. We found an unlockable door, broken stove top and unworking TV, among other things but managed to negotiate a fair solution and appreciated the attractive price for a convenient location. The bed, toilet and shower all allowed us to enjoy our stay albeit without the comforts Australian travellers would normally expect.
