We had no hot water for the first 3 nights of our stay. After the water was fixed, there were 3 ice-cold showers.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, market, metro station.

Nicely located with walkable distance to tram access to

Tout était formidable

The room was very small, my husband hurt his leg when he walked through the bed

Located away from city center, but has easy access by tram from city center and main train station, comfortable beds, modern hotel. Would stay again.

Overall a very good experience. The hotel is well located, it's comfortable, quiet and clean. Parking in the area is not the easiest, but you can ask for a spot for 25 CHF/day

Such a nice place to stay. Right next to many tram, bus, and train lines. Lots of places to eat and shop. They do not have a coin laundry. The laundry facility amenity is just for their laundry service. Not a lot of laundromat’s in the city and they are expensive so plan ahead. Loved the room and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. I highly recommend if you want to save some money and get away from the busy tourist locations.

Great stay, quick tram ride from main railway. Reception explained everything so well.
