The room and everything about it was as expected with one exception. This wasn't a typical hotel room and was booked as a condo/hotel room combo. It had dishes, it had glasses, it had a kettle, a microwave and a stove top - however, it had no pans, so we had no ability to cook. OK, not a huge deal, but should have been noted up front. Checkin was not by the people at the Luxe desk, so just be ready for that. They have to call the owners and you have to wait. No biggie, but then the checking process means the owners representatives are in your room with you for an extended period of time. Read the notes thoroughly, this was my first time in a hotel/condo in Manilla and they require an up-front security deposit either through cash or GCash (if you have it). I missed it in the notes, but was able to cover. Check out - this is where they problem came. Again you have to contact the owners group. They come to your room and inspect. They were trying their best to keep some of the security deposit and cited a brown mark on a towel as something they would deduct from the deposit. The mark was from washing dishes (coffee cups) - and the towel itself hadn't been washed. How can this be a charge if they don't know until after laundering if it's a stain or not? Also, if you don't want things to get stained by the guest washing dishes, tell them not to. If I left the dishes would I have been charged a dish washing fee? Nice place, horrible service. Will look elsewhere next time.

The hallways smells like dog poohlike someone puke and the elevator is warm enough that if you got stuck there for an hour you will definitely passed out the security guard was mean and horrible to my wife who didn’t care his name starts with letter Q… very rude to customer disrespectful and unprofessional I hope the management read this and fired him he is embarrassing to the customer

Putting aside the check in process, it WOULD of been 5 stars. But unfortunately, the check in process was LENGTHY and TEDIOUS. Initial communication was just simply the map to which tower to head to and contact details of property manager. Upon arrival, informed property manager thru text messaging and was met at the lobby by the host. Apparently there should of been an email communication confirming reservation with Tower security and property manager, but no confirmation has been received yet by Tower security. This prolonged the wait time in the lobby and took approximately 1 hour to resolve. Parking was also requested and was provided one specific spot, unfortunately the spot was occupied and also had to resolve this. Email communication was later received from property manager after check in was concluded. Again everything else besides the check in process was great!

Great location

The check in process wasn’t good. It took an hour from when we checked in. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby until someone finally met us. It would have been longer had I not called the property. Finding the exact location was confusing. They only provided two bath towels for two guests. We requested extra towels for use when using the swimming pool. They charged for extra towels!

First of all this is one of those rare times when the photos precisely match what we got! Exactly the view, exactly the room. Kudos!! Checking in was a bit arduous - the 24/7 desk has nothing to do with the property check in. You have to wait for staff to arrive. Even after arrival they arrive with more than a typical amount of paperwork, and then don't take you up right away. Overall checkin took over 30 minutes which is why this isn't a 5 star review. Other than this, very clean, well equipped. A bit too much threatening disclaimers regarding broken or missing items, warning not to stain bedsheets under threat of fine, etc. But the property smelled great, the air conditioner was both cold and smelled clean, kitchen appliances and dishes all on point. The location is very beautiful, but everything there shuts down at 10pm so anything in the evening you either get it from a 24 hour grocery shop or have to take taxi to BGC or Makati, both of which are an easy 10 mins away. Airport is surprisingly close and the way avoids much traffic. Overall id probably stay there again.

Clean room very spacious nice view with balcony. Would recommend
