梅约广场酒店 (Hotel Plaza Mayor)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The hotel was lovely , probably a historical building with modern upgrades that make your stay pleasant ! All staff members were so helpful and kind , they showed my husband and myself the way to delicious restaurants, and even a nail salon for a last minute fix-up! The town is quiet and great to get away from busy cities while at the same time incredibly close to Madrid, Toledo and Segovia .

Pequeña para dos personas

It is central for walking around the town from hotel

I was hoping the hotel to be on the little town Plaza Mayor, I hoped they described their location more cleared

No breakfast No restaurants opened in the whole town for dinner, very bad experience !

The property needs sprucing up!

I didn’t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nights’ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nights’ stay at a different hotel in Madrid.

Thx

Pleasant staff clean room and plenty of amenities nearby.

We cannot thank the hotel reception enough for his help when we arrived with our dog who had become very ill. He was fantastic, getting us to the local vet and making calls to the emergency clinic late at night. Superb service which we cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you !!
