Extremely helpful staff. Would definitely stay there next time I visit. Overall excellent deal given location.

Our room was large but our friends’ rooms were small. It was noisy at night.

We only stayed at the Hotel Geneva for one night as we ended our visit to Switzerland. We chose this hotel for its location close to the train station. We discovered it was also easy to walk down to the lake and enjoy more of the city. The hotel desk staff was very helpful and our room was small, but adequate.

We only stopped for 1 night, good location 10min walk to train station, very helpful receptionist. A/C would be helpful as it was quite hot.

All is positive building, location, staff, rooms, cleanliness etc except beds. Very old beds and not well maintained.

The staff members were informative about nearby restaurants and other places in Geneva. I did have an issue regarding the wifi upon arrival The credit card was required for joining for security reasons and i have never had to do this ever before. My phone continued to indicate insecure network even after the staff member helped. This all made me feel insecure about providing my credit card for wifi. Another issue: There was no hair dryer in the room but was delivered after I asked. The outlet in the bathroom needed attention and I was reminded how I didn’t know how to add the wifi and now I don’t know what I’m doing with the hair dryer. I did not appreciate this treatment from the staff member. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were old and lumpy. The train station and city tour bus were close by the hotel. Overall, the hotel experience was okay but certainly not as pleasant as I expected.

Worst hotel mattress I've ever slept in (rock hard and lumpy, old and discoloured under the clean sheets), view to a filthy interior courtyard, and loud hostel vibes (university block booking guests liked to chat in the common area right outside my room, at least never after midnight). The 'hair dryer' was from another era (a wall mounted U shaped tube situation) and it was either broken or I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Positive notes were the location, and the hot water never ran out and had good water pressure (though the shower was very, very small). I come to Geneva often for work and usually get much nicer hotels for the same price I paid here, but this was a last minute trip and all the was left in budget. I'll avoid next time.

The friendly staff made the trip perfect

It sits in a great location--near the train station and a short walk from various sites. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was quite nice.
