Wonderful hotel and people!

Staff are fantastic and really made our stays fantastic. Coffee in the morning is the best we have ever had in a hotel. They offer great advice on places to eat nearby.

Excellent helpful, friendly staff; fantastic generous omlette, had to be at least 3 eggs. Great coffee. Tried a few smoothies that weren’t actually smoothies; no yogurt or milk; they were ice slushies for $3.00 usd; not good. That was the only negative in the dining area. The cook doubled as housekeeper and did a great job; her husband took us to the airport. Great service. The room was huge, great bed, bath, shower etc. A really big negative I never saw mentioned was our room bordered a private tutoring school that operated from 10am-6pm M-Sa. The teachers talking in a loud commanding voice was one thing but the students were encouraged to scream; it was way past annoying and well into disturbing and unacceptable. I questioned management and she laughed and said she was as surprised by it as I was and did nothing. Room facing street, balcony, 2nd floor, Right side facing out; AVOID.

We had a great stay at the Iconic! Iconic it is! We had a deluxe room. Huge room with balcony, clean, great bathroom with hot water and nice shower. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly! Thanks! Hulk Hogan

Huge room, super clean, very nice bathroom and we had a balcony. Service was great and so as the breakfast! We will come back on our way back.

Highly recommend! In all of my travels around the world, I would say that this is one of my favorite hotels. And you get a great breakfast and gourmet coffee to go along with it. Pat runs the front desk. Her and the rest of the staff is so friendly and they just make you want to come back. This is my second trip here, and I will always stay in this hotel whenever I’m in Ranong.

Great, friendly service. Hotel in superb position central Ranong for food, shops, bus terminal. Excellent breakfast at hotel. Room luxurious. This is our 3rd stay!

A quaint and cozy hotel. One of the best Ranong can offer

A real gem in Ranong. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and with super friendly and helpful staff. No lift but they did carry my bag for me. My second stay here and I will be back!

The presidential room is so beautiful. Like a Moroccan Riad. Amazing lighting, carvings and little touches. One of the nice places I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and super helpful and even carried my bag up for me as there is no lift (the staff are female as am I). Highly recommend and will stay again when I return
