El aire no enfriaba para nadaaaa

It was one of the most dreadful and disappointing hotel experiences of my lifetime. The rooms were not properly cleaned, no parking facility and the overall experience was absolutely not worth the money we paid. The breakfast options were very poor, and we were charged an additional fee for extending our checkout time. Unfortunately, the way we were treated by the staff during this process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to families looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Niagara. Based on our experience, I strongly suggest considering other good Hotels.

WORST HOTEL EVER! There were kids above me who were jumping at 12:30am and at night I went to the front desk to let them know that there were kids who were jumping and I’m trying to go to sleep I drive 6 hours to come here. He started yelling at me saying there are kid three years old and I need to understand and said if I don’t like the hotel i can leave , he said he’ll kick me out or to go back to my room. He said he was a manager, but he’s clearly not Karen is the manager. The room was not clean. I want to upload pictures on here, but it won’t work. There were brown stains all over the pillows and blankets. They did not vacuum at all. The bathroom was absolutely dirty in hair everywhere. Breakfast was not the best either. My bread had mold on it. Absolutely horrible and I do not recommend. I stayed 2 days it was the worst days ever I won’t come there next years

Dirty and bad smell in room. Does not drain bathtub, no remote control runout breakfast front desk will not help when we report problems.

las camas son muy comodas, cuenta con buen parqueadero, cerca del parque, se puede ir a caminando, tiene piscina para los niños en buen estado, pero el desayuno no continental no es bueno, muy mal desayuno y si bajas tarde te quedas sin desayuno

This place is such a hidden gem! I met my friend here in niagara falls for vacation and she paid way more at a different hotel and this one was cleaner, newer, etc. Recently renovated and you can tell! The only downfall i did find was there are no mirrors in the room itself just one in the bathroom over the sink which was hard to get ready with. Prime location to walk to the falls or anything in the vicinity! Would definitely stay again!
