Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service and great caldera views. The food and drink were also wonderful. It is quite a descent to many of the suites so just be aware of that fact. The pool was a perfect temp and lovely. Overall we would highly recommend.

超赞 What can I say. Everyone of our needs were met usually before we even had to ask. They serve breakfast on your balcony every day. I never had a view like this before my life. One of the nicest places we ever stayed at. They set up all my transportation to and from the airport, the ferry, all excursions. Highest recommendation.
