布达佩斯中心瑞享酒店 (Mövenpick Hotel Budapest Centre)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

As a solo traveller I quite often get stuck in a corner room somewhere, but not here, room was spacious. Breakfast was plenty to set you up for a days sightseeing. Being on a busy road you dont really notice any noise. Exit the hotel and turn left, 2 mins. to the red metro 2, which wiill take you to the stop for the 100E bus to the airport, or on to the parliament building., if you prefer to walk a 25 min.stroll you are at the Elizabeth bridge.

Staff was friendly, especially at the front desk and the bar. The room was comfortable. However, our low rating is due to the terrible housekeeping. 1) towels were not replaced. 2) the beds were not properly made 3) the used cups were not cleaned/replaced and even the unused cups were not clean (they were sticky) 4) additional dirt was brought in to the bathroom (a clump of hair was found in the corner of the toilet) A very nicely located hotel, with friendly staff. Marred by very poor housekeeping services.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff.

Everything was fine, including a large buffet breakfast daily, until our fifth and last night.... BED BUGS! :( Then everything "suddenly" (in regard to customer service) went downhill in regard to several staff members/managers "disagreeing" with us (we had photos & videos as proof), being pro-active, etc. With no laundry onsite & us being driven around (via Uber) to find a 24 hour laundromat in shady areas...we ultimately decided no one from the thotel

Lovely stay at this hotel with my two sons, the staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfast was good, rooms were spacious with all amenities. Location excellent for public transport and getting around budapest. Had a fantastic stay

Great hotel, great location, great stay! Would definitely return!

All was great, the staff were helpful, room was clean but the carpet need replacing as it is stained in some areas and a bit dated. The Gym was small, but I can understand that as it is a city centre hotel and space is at premium. The hotel location was great as it is close to most attractions of the city. The shower was relaxing and convenient as the water pressure was good and the hot water was next to instantaneous. The AC was effective, cold and quite. Even though the hotel was located in the centre , the room was still quite due to two double glazing windows..
