The room was not clean the hot water was missing no toilet paper. Had to clean the jetted tub before use other people's pupic cares in the bathroom. No toilet paper. The towels had more holes than swiss cheese.The bedding was questionable to be clean the beding did not fit this motel could be nice if it was fixed, and they got new towels and betting

Bad smell inside the room, loud people next door, I stayed for one night couldn’t stay for more

The look from the road is very deceptive. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff was awesome and the room was very clean. I can’t wait to see the renovation outside this summer. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5 stars.

Staff at the front desk were nice but they need to update the microwave's in the room's and the mini fridges as well rooms need a deep cleaning including the bathrooms oh please get better curtains because it's easy for ppl to look in the windows.

There was no soap or an iron or even a closet in the room and a huge window as the front wall with a curtain that just makes it to cover the window so nobody can see inside. When I say it was good enough to just simply have a place to sleep, shower, get up and go... That's it and all you should expect.

I stayed at this run-down motel in the Poconos where the experience fell far short of expectations. The bathtub was dirty, which made the bathroom feel unclean and uncomfortable. The receptionist at the front desk assisted us while wearing a bathrobe and pajamas, which came across as unprofessional for a hotel check-in setting. During check-in, she claimed there was no reservation under our name, but when I mentioned I would call Expedia and showed her the email receipt on my phone, she miraculously found it. To top it off, there was no hot water, forcing us to take cold showers and deal with the disruption to our plans and comfort.

This place would do in a pinch but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room and lobby smelled like pot. Door had a gap in the bottom that we had to stuff with a blanket to keep the pot smell out. Room was not very clean. A dingy chain lock was on the door. I would not stay here again.
