Staff are wonderful breakfast very good but our room the bedroom was on a different level too bathroom 3 small flights wooden stairs not ideal at our age, the hotel is a lovely genuine Venice building, but due too issues with water pressure we could not shower two consecutive afternoons, this might been outside the control of hotel as I understand there was outside work taking place but after long days one needs a shower.

Friendly staff, great location and the suite was amazing

This was our first time in Venice and was very happy with this hotel. Staff was amazing and went above what we had expected Breakfast was great with good choices. Next time we visit Venice we will definitely stay here.

Staff were very helpful and friendly-Alessandro was extremely supportive Rooms were clean and air conditioning was adequate

Our room was very very small. Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the not upgraded room. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

Room was really unique but did need a dust and the bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve ever been in

Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only negative was a smell that emanated from our shower drain that permeated the bathroom. We managed to contain it to the bathroom but it was not pleasant at all!
