la limpieza fatal . cucarachas por todos sitios . la basura te llega al cuello, no dan gel de baño , solo 2 jabones q dan para medio brazo y el jabo huele a estiércol. No hay aire acondicionado ni tan siquiera un ventilador , con el calor q hace alli ... no venden nada de comer en el hotel , si se te pasa la hora de la comida no comes mas hasta el dia siguiente . llegamos y nos dijeron todo incluido con una manilla ... resulta que hasta un té habia q pagarlo , lo de menos es el dinero pq es barato pero venden una cosa q no es cierta ! EL WIFI INEXISTENTE. NO LO RECOMIENDO JAMAS . NO VOLVERÉ. Hay opciones alrededor muchísimo mejor de precio y confort , y me guié por las "4 estrellas del hotel' que de 4 estrellas no tiene nada

This hotel needs to be updated and remodeled it’s stuck in the 90’s old carpet and stinky rooms older tv without remotes and rooms without shades

The hotel overall is clean,food is ok,the staff are talkative and friendly but the carpets are damp and the furniture need updating

I did send my money for nothing, I was very disappointed the staff are rode the beach very dirty no one can swim. The food not that much good anyway I didn’t enjoy my holiday.

Had a nice stay ! The food was very good and there was plenty of choices. Breakfast is very good as well.

This hotel is more 3* than 4*. It has seen better days and could be very good again with some renovations and upkeep. Mold along tiles, cracking paint and the like. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff are super friendly which is almost a shame because they can only do so much when working in an outdated facility. Dinner was fairly good. Breakfast left something to be desired. Game room in the evening was cool. For a short 1-2 night stay its ok and a good price but i wouldn't stay for a week.
