Great big bed. No fridge , air con only warm not cold as weird rules in Europe where everyone has to have room warm until a certain date, so very hot for me. Got bitten 6 times by mosquito and asked them to spray room but I assume this didn’t happen.

Overall a good stay. They advertised gluten free bread at the breakfast buffet. When I asked for some, they said it had to be offered and would take 10-12 minutes. Turns out they had it frozen and needed warm it up. It has over done and rock hard. Otherwise a good stay.

Double charged for my room which is in excess of £200. Have have been chasing for more than a week hoping for a refund. Very non responsive. If you have to stay here do not give them access to your bank details.

Very nice hotel, with great and friendly services. Parking lot small, but there's a parking garage right behind the hotel and it's very decently priced.

Only quick 1 night stay prior to boarfing cruiise. Friendly staff convenient location.

Modern and updated. Quiet too. Good overall experience. Breakfast was just average. Missing variety and just standard quality

Right across the street from bus/train station. Uber and cabs can pick up right next to front door. Easy to get to cruise terminal from hotel.

The room was far too warm even with the temperature set low. I had paid upfront when booking through hotels.com and this price included breakfast. On checkin i was asked for my card details and to pay the city tax. I left the hotel at 05:30 using the key drop box and 2 hours later receive an email from the hotel with my invoices for charges. I was charged again for the room, for breakfast and for tax. Have tried to contact the hotel bit so far not response.
