安杰利斯因佩里奥酒店 (Imperio de Angeles)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Horrible customer service! Old furniture & property! Mattresses were hard as a brick!

This is a very nice! Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are clean but a little dark.

The hotel sits directly in front of a major highway, and the noise is relentless. Semis roar past at all hours, and the building does almost nothing to block the sound. The bathroom windows are built in a way that they can't be closed. The bathroom door itself is a thin hollow-core door, so noise cuts straight through it. The main door to the room has no seal at all, so highway noise pours directly into the room. Sleep here is genuinely impossible. The Wi-Fi is the second major problem. It's so slow and drops so frequently roughly every 10 seconds that doing any real work on a laptop is out of the question. It can't even sustain a single YouTube video. On top of that, the connection is tied to your specific room key card, which creates an absurd situation: when you pull the card out of its slot in the room, all the electricity shuts off, including your Wi-Fi. So you can't stay connected while moving around the hotel. There's a separate hotel-wide Wi-Fi, but it's only accessible from the lobby and requires a different password you have to ask for. That one at least works but unless you plan to sit in the lobby and do all your work there, bring your own data plan. Overall, I found this hotel lacking in every dimension that actually matters for a functional stay.

The restaurant is the best, we loved it

Buen servicio y la comida rica pero cuando llegamos al cuarto habían unas uñas como recién cortadas junto al teléfono, un foco se quemó y apestó todo el cuarto horrible y todavía me salió una cucaracha enorme en el baño.

Yes it was clean. But they forgot the tv remote control and the air conditioner control. The Netflix could not be changed to personal account. Staff very helpful. Dining room staff support great and obliging.

It was so amazing.

Everything stood out, excellent! Plus a good value

Very nice hotel. Highly recommended

El staff súper amable, las instalaciones excelentes y el servicio muy bueno. Solo no tienen cunas para bebés.
