Muy recomendado, tuvimos la suite familiar, solo que esta estaba en el basement y teníamos que bajar las gradas. De ahí todo muy lindo.

excelent location close to the Vatican

This is a perfect location for exploring Rome. We stayed 5 nights. The staff were very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. The Mozart Café which is 2 doors down is a wonderful place for breakfast and espresso with very friendly people. It is a 2 minute walk to Ottaviano metro station but most of central Rome is walkable from here within 30-ish minutes.

I was locked INSIDE of the guesthouse with no support, staff was rude, attempted to indicate I was lying. Poor reflection on Expedia if this property is kept in the suite of options.

room was clean and good size but I had reserved triple room for 2 people 2 rooms because everyone wanted their own bed also I requested before our arrival and when we got there there was only one bed on each room, we asked and they did converted the sofa bed for an extra bed but this was not what I paid for personnel was friendly but NO front desk every interaction was made via text with staff

Sheets m towels , bedding were dirty. Scond night there was shooting in the area, and we heard someone hiding in the back garden( called the police).

One of our rooms had signs of bed bugs. We tried to reach out to cancel our rooms, the hotel offered to move our family but after this encounter we decided it would be best to cancel and move to a different hotel. There was no offer of partial refund or any other assistance. This location does not have a person that you access 24/7 the person that came to let our family in let them know that she would be back in the morning and never showed up. It took time to get a hold of someone else on the property. Also our family asked the lady who came to the room for a contact phone number and she said that she just had a personal phone and can not give it to us. There are no supplies in the rooms, no reception desk (but it is advertised as a hotel).

Staying here was a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to trains, buses, and Vatican City. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As someone who values cleanliness, I was impressed by how spotless the room was and appreciated the nearly daily cleaning service. The eco-friendly approach to providing towels every couple of days was a thoughtful touch and didn’t bother me at all. While the room faced the street and the walls were a bit thin, making it slightly noisy, it didn’t affect my ability to sleep. The hosts were exceptionally kind, offering helpful suggestions for airport transportation and patiently answering all my questions. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a hairdryer and coffee machine. Although a mini-fridge or microwave would have been nice, it didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction. One important note: there’s a city tax payable in cash at checkout, so be prepared for that. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
