Out smell terrible

Very nice rooms and great service. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

A++ experience at this hotel. 5-star service from a staff that were absolutely professional. Perfect location for doing your business and sightseeing. Super comfortable and clean. Pro tip: Breakfast buffet was easily the best I've ever seen. 100% would stay again.

Staying at the InterContinental Jinan has been a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room is very clean, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly friendly. The bathroom amenities are top-quality, and the location is perfect—conveniently close to everything.

Friendly staffs, the most convenient location that is close to all the food and fun places, safe and clean, big and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend

Location: located above a luxury shopping mall and just a short walk from Daming Lake, Baotun spring and furong street. Room: very good value for money, I booked the premium king room with city view and received a very spacious room on a high floor with views of Daming Lake and Jinan city. The bed was very comfy and the room was well kept and clean. Service: Receptionists were polite and spoke English which made things easier. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. Also while out shopping for my partners birthday gift, the hotel left a birthday cake inside our room for when we got back, we didn't tell them it was her birthday - really nice touch!

Excellence situation close Quancheng Square and quite confortable.

Very friendly staff, parking is easy, room service is good

It’s difficult to get to the hotel with cars because you have to drive around the hotel in very busy streets

It was a terrible experience to take for the room to be cleaned. I arrived at the hotel around 3PM, but still was told that the room was not ready for check-in. I waited for another 30 minutes before getting the key card.
