The room needs updated charging stations and newer bathrooms.

Bathroom had only a shower for handicap. The staff waited on people while on a long FaceTime call.

The property was desently clean however the staff didn't have any toilet tissues when I asked. I asked for towels they said they didn't have any be

Perfect and excellent

The king-sized bed was very short. I'm six feet tall and my feet hung over the end. Each room has one small window. No view to speak of. The first room we checked into had no phone. We moved to another room; it had a phone that didn't work. The bottom of the bathtub wasn't quite level. When showering, I felt like I was about to fall. The elevator was non-functional one morning; no out of order sign.

Tough week for the staff. The pool was accidentally emptied and out of service for our stay, the elevators, which are very nice and smooth, stopped working for a couple of hours one morning. We stayed 5 nights and our room was cleaned twice, but done very well with a personal touch when they did it. The breakfast is ok, good coffee. I suggest a chair or two for the designated smoking areas. The staff was the most impressive part of our stay. If I had to say what's missing would be a GM that is hands on overseeing daily operations. That kid seemed to rest on the check in clerks. I will come back.

Breakfast had good options. Rooms were ok. Pool empty and seems to have been that way. Area this hotel is in is not very nice. Wont stay again.
