Stayed here with my family of 6 and we had a great time! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They even went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday with a surprise card and snack voucher. Highly recommend!"

The property was immaculate. Only problem was they were under renovation so when I walked in I thought it was under construction. Not a functioning hotel. Other than that staff was awesome. Everything was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was good even though it was a partial breakfast due to construction.

The beds are really soft, I love them 😊

The hotel is under Construction with no warning on-line. You do NOT KNOW what you’re walking into. $140 for No Lobby, ( a disaster zone); no pool, no fitness room. Was told we would be having breakfast in the disaster zone lobby. ( No thanks, I don’t think I want to eat sawdust and sheet rock dust) You need to let people know this is what they are coming too. This was in Panama City Beach. BE AWARE! The actual room on the floor that they have finished was actually nice; but it can’t overcome everything else that’s going on there.

Under construction, was not told before arrival , shower curtain rod falling off, air conditioning was rusted and did not cool ,TV did not work , no coffee pot in room , I had my wife and 3 grandkids and had to go through construction area to get to room , elevator area and elevator were filthy. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a motel . Sorry will not be back. Oh yea, went to front desk to get 2 extra towels and they DID NOT have any towels , plus served breakfast in dusty dirty under construction area. Very unhappy Papa that was trying to give his family a good time in PCB at air show.

When I booked this room, there was no mention that the entire facility was under construction. There was no coffee maker in the room, the TV had to be set up in order to work, no water available to purchase and no mini-store for snacks, etc. The actual room was clean and updated aside from the lack of coffee and TV when I arrived. I am VERY disappointed that Hotels.com did not let me know about the construction. I feel that I should not have had to pay so much for so little.

Did not eat the breakfast not a good selection, room was clean, tv went out twice

There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations.

Outstanding service. Lots of noise associate with the remodel of the hotel.
