NO ME DIERON LAS HABITACIONES!!! Tuve que pagar otra reserva con efectivo porque esta reservación no me la respetaron. LES PIDO QUE ME REEMBOLSEN ESTO.

Right steps away from main subway station. Clean room. Hot water (needed this time of year), very descent clerks customer service.

The AC room 215 cooled very fast. The water in the shower had low pressure.

In the middle of dwb town

I pay when I made the reservation this was for a family member and the hotel charged again. I try to complaint to Expedia which never responded my email the hotel refuses to give a refund. So I wish Expedia give me a phone number to call to explain this problem. I feel robbed for one this companies.

I could not believe the price or the photos that they showed me online. It is nothing like what I expected. It was a horrible experience. Ran out of toilet paper the first night dirty very dirty outside very dirty inside horrible smell very rude staff I would never stay there or recommend anybody to stay there in my life Horrible place.

Property looks old im not sure how long they been there but looks dirty and old not to speak its down town Monterrey thousands of solicitors asking for money it just doesn't feel safe.

I really enjoy staying here when I go to Monterrey. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any questions they will take their time to explain. The place may look sketchy outside. But it’s safe. A guard is always there 24 hours. Any place you go has it’s good and bad, don’t judge before you try it out! Will definitely stay here again!
