Being in the middle of the city it’s hard to find parking, but this place had parking right next to the building. Very nice place to stay.

Accommodated our large family well. Was in a great location and served our purpose. Building was spacious and bedrooms were very comfortable.

If I ever go back to Reykjavik, I will most likely stay here again. They thought of everything. Our room was compact, but it had everything we needed, and the little kitchenette was a lifesaver, equipped with all the essentials for prepping and cooking: cutlery, a toaster, and even a Nespresso machine with coffee. The only improvement I'd suggest is the shower door. It was too large for the opening and didn't seal the area properly, which let water leak out onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, our stay was perfect: clean, organized, smooth self-check-in, and ample free parking. Next time I'd prefer a room on the main floor, but our basement room worked out well since the window faced the back rather than the road, so we could keep the curtains open. The location was excellent too, within walking distance of town and the Bónus supermarket. Exceptional and well thought out all around. Highly recommend.

The apartment rooms smelled like Sulfur scent and the water tasted like Sulfur. WiFi wasn't the best as a normal apartment. The cleanliness of the whole apartment was 4/10 due to NO CLEANING SUPPLIES for the rooms.

If you text the staff, they always say they are going to get back to you shortly... Shortly in Iceland must mean whenever they feel like it. I left them a message early in the morning that we wanted clean towels changed out... After touring the country for 18-hours, we wanted to take showers at 1am when we got back... NO CLEAN TOWELS, just the dirty ones still laying in the floor. I spent another hour texting them to bring some over and the request was rejected. If you come back after 7pm, all the parking spaces are full along with the street. The only redeeming quality is there is a small market walking distance from the apt to be. Find another place to stay.

Good location and close to grocery shopping, rooms were large and living/kitchen were spacious, Only downside was the lack of a queen bed with only 4 Twins and a great full size couch in the apartment, no freezer and no salt and pepper were present, overall a nice experience

Maybe an extra shelf in the bathroom would be nice. But loved the location and ease of checkin. Great coffee place across the street!

I liked the location the best. I was walking distance to shopping, food, bars, and the shoreline. The appliances worked great for my purposes. Because of the stove and fridge I was able to save a little money on food. Shower was clean and water pressure was great. Toilet flushed perfectly. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Epic mix of of rooms, assigned a room with door code to find someone else already in there. Go back to emails where we found yet another room assigned, code doesn't work to that one. Meanwhile there's no elevator and we have large suitcases to drag up to the 4th floor. Finally reach property to clarify booking and room to be given yet a 3rd room also on the 4th floor. We get into the room, dated but doable for our needs. We notice there's extra doors so we peek in only to find 2 of the rooms under construction and overwhelming smell of mold. Allergies were a 10/10 but no other rooms available and this was the tail end of our trip.
