Great breakfast. Clean room. Helpful staff

The front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Raczej do wymiany ekspress do kawy. Mleko w automacie jest z proszku. Taka ohydna kawa i to jeszcze w Rzymie. Przykre. Śniadanie takie sobie. Nie ma nic ciepłego tylko zimna płyta. Brak chusteczek trzeba o nie prosić. Raz brakło sztućców. Łyżeczki do kawy plastikowe. Z dobrych rzeczy pokoje eleganckie, czyste. Materace wygodne. Brak kabin w łazience jedynie wanny bez parawanów. WiFi szybkie. Mega uprzejma obsługa na recepcji. Dobra lokalizacja

The room wad pleasant, heated and Renovated.

We stayed at the Raeli Regio on two separate occasions in Nov, 2025. Bott stays were pleasant. The front desk, and breakfast room, staff were always friendly and helpful. Although very handy to Termini station, we found the neighbourhood around this hotel to be very good. There were many cafes and restaurants, parks, grocery stores, bakeries, etc, and it was an easy walk to Repubblica metro. The hotel has an older decor, but it was very clean and comfortable, and excellent value.

Im not one to write reviews, but this place is too much to not criticize. Ive been to sleazy hotel, but this one takes the cake. No shower curtains, no water pressure, the room is the smallest you can buid, the bed is a rock, the pillows are a sheet of paper, and don’t get me started on the supposedly functionning a/c. Had someone sent over to fix it, he told me not to touch the panel, put the « fan mode » and told me it was a/c, i told him no, that it was another mode for a/c (with a little snowflake on the control pad) and he said no no, because no noise was coming out. Slept at 25 degree all night, while it was 19 outside. Open the window you say? Impossible with all the noise outside. The only good thing about this place, is that it’s a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. Do yourself a favor, book somewhere else
