The location of the property is excellent … very well maintained property with courteous and helpful staff. Overall we had a great stay. The price is a little high!

Very elegant well maintained hotel with excellent staff and an excellent general manager. We were troubled by cramped bathroom, lack of a power socket in the bathroom, a lack of any clothes storage. There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information.

Overall property and hospitality was awesome just as system was down check in took time and Wi-Fi worked after 9 pm

Amazing charming wonderland !

Amazing experience staying at the Savoy. The staff is very helpful and goes out of the way to ensure that you have a great stay.

I spent $350 for the room - no problem was worth it There was INR 350 biscuits on the table that u had and it was not clear if they were complimentary I spent another $100 on meals and I paid all that and at checkout , they sent someone to check room and I had to wait half hour as they wanted to charge me iNR 350 for 3 biscuits Not happy with that . I gave more than that in tips.
