Excellent location to stay, clean and helpful staff

The location here is so wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so helpful. And the breakfast! Just all so wonderful.

Excellent

This hotel was amazing. It was so clean and the service was great. Highly recommend.

We loved this place! Traveled with two young children.

We had a great stay at Carnival Palace Hotel. The location was one of the best parts—it’s in a quieter area of Venice, away from the crowds, but still an easy walk or waterbus ride to all the main attractions. It made it easy to explore during the day and come back to a peaceful atmosphere at night. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a more relaxing place to stay while visiting Venice.

Great stay at Carnival Palace, the staff at the front desk were so very helpful with recommendations for food and things to do and sorting out excursions and such. Would definitely stay again.

Suite was spacious and modern.

Clean room and kid friendly

Amazing staff and a great breakfast! The location was excellent, with many great restaurant options nearby while still being away from the busiest tourist areas of Venice. It was a great balance of convenience and a more relaxed atmosphere.
