It was amazing. We also swam at their nearby property, the Rambutan Hotel. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was great, and so was the massage (optional, with extra charge). Very centrally-located. Loved it and definitely recommend! I really hope we can visit it again someday.

Great staff, lovely room and great location. Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Every staff member seemed well taken care of by the owner. There happiness was apparent and that happiness flowed outward to the guests. It was our first time in Siem Reap and did way too much sight seeing. Next visit we will be spending more time enjoying the resort.

The breakfast was fabulous. The spa was wonderful, and while we were there, the staff was very helpful. The waitstaff was outstanding.
However, upon leaving, they incorrectly ordered an airport transfer with a $60 charge when we were only going to another hotel a few blocks away. They said they would refund the $52 difference, but ultimately told me too bad.
Honestly, this is my only complaint, but once we were gone it seemed that they no longer cared that they had made a fairly big mistake.

We loved this place so much that we cancelled our other stays and extended here: they are amazing staff, great cook and just a beautiful lush oasis of rooms around the gardens/pool. They had drivers and services from the hotel to all the activities so all safe and no scams. I wanted to stay there forever .
