The property is small boutique hotel well situated in Centro Modena.
We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights.
Very comfortable, clean and enough space for 3.
2 units of Air conditioning in our rooms,
both worked perfectly.
No elevators, good to lf you have heavy luggages. Help could be provided on demand ( I was told)
Martha and Delphine were helpful in getting us checked in easily.
Nice play to stay to discover the city.

10/10! We loved it here. Super clean room, nice sitting area, big windows. Very quiet street yet within walking distance to everything. Our AC stopped working in the night … we didn’t notice until morning. They had it fixed within an hour. Staff was onsite in the morning and everyone was so nice and welcoming.
