Terrible expedia experience with this one. Will never use Expedia.

Value for money. There's a fully equipped gym nearby although Expedia should not have listed gym and outdoor pool as among the amenities available at the hotel.

Dont waste time on this. Room condition horrible. No maintenance done.

its a quiet place to stay.

No window room and swimming pool listed in expedia but does not exist.

Bad service attitude. Was informed that hotel was fully booked despite I had already reserved and paid for it.

It was great staying here as for me is very safe and quite … the service is good and the staff that attended to me are very friendly

Decent hotel. Only downside is location

The hotel imposed nonsense rules, they deducted our deposit because we were late check out for 2 min - 12.32 pm instead of 12.30pm. We tried to call and inform reception earlier but the phone doesnt work. They also DIDNT inform this prior to our check in or didnt call the room phone that they will deduct the deposit for late check out. The sound proof is also horrible, you can hear people talk in the next room.

We check in quite late and the lady at the counter was very helpful, location was great and bed was comfortable with great aircon and wifi.
