I was only there to make a doctor's appointment next day...Ot was not an enjoyable trip

Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was indeed helpful and friendly when it came to our needs. Wifi we never connected too, wouldn't know how it work. The breakfast we had to pay for thinking it was free, however it was available for purchase. Be sure to purchase that option if wanted . Overall great stay!

Nice hotel. Beds were soft but not soft enough. The hotel needs the fountains to refill water bottles. The lighting in the rooms is terrible need more brighter lighting. Staff was friendly. Seemed dead around the area.

Great service, wonderful staff. Enjoyed the coffee bar, breakfast buffet and the cocktail lounge.

The check in was slow and the member of staff was rude and unhelpful, although I did find other staff helpful. We had a suite and although we had a microwave there was no cutlery or crockery. I thought the suite could have been better equipped. The suite was clean and the bathroom was lovely.

The staff, especially at the front desk, are never there. And there’s no way to get their attention. The rooms are average. They do not replenish anything during your stay. The breakfast is awful. It’s only $22 but still not worth it. The restaurant staff are very unhelpful and unfriendly. They also don’t like to replenish anything. There are lots of hotels close to this one. I am going to stay at one of those next time.
