Another stay at A&O Sydhavn :) We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the main road ..wasn’t one of the best locations we’ve had there but we slept well. We had an issue with our booking this visit - whilst reception couldn’t help - they gave me the customer service email who replied quickly and the issue was promptly resolved :)

Good hostel with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Good transport links. Clean hotel and good breakfast.

Another stay at A&O Sydhavn Copenhagen :) This hostel suits our needs..nothing fancy but a private room for the 2 of us with clean room, white linen & towels Shower gel, hairdryer. There’s no wardrobe or drawers but there is a stand with a couple of hangers and a tall open metal unit with shelves (the pics of the rooms are accurate) There’s no cleaning service of the room but you can get clean towels & linen from reception. We always sleep well when staying here. No AC or ceiling fans but I don’t recall finding it too hot or too cold when we’ve stayed, & we’ve stayed in all seasons. Convenient for the mainline train station called Sydhavn (3min walk) or the new Metro (7 min walk) ..there’s an app called Rejsekort that is great to use for easy cheap travel and can used on WaterBoat as well :) it’s a good place to stay even tho a few metro stops out of the city centre.

Good family room, fun activities for kids, good location

The room smells sweat . The beddings were not fixed . We have to put covers on the mattress and pillows . Budget hostel but can improve more on providing new fitted sheets. Fitted sheets were very worn out.Goo for just a day.

Meh

Room could’ve been cleaner, but the staff was so helpful that I was able to overlook that. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice.

Sink water was not draining properly.

This was an inexpensive place to stay but is on the south end of Copenhagen. It does have the metro near by.
