What an incredible stay! Such a well-kept, cozy and relaxing holiday stay with a breathtaking view of the Peninsula, especially with the spa hot tub as a highlight of the place :) Little details like the heated towel rack made us appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into this place a little more! Thank you to Andy for being a wonderful host!

A stunning, well presented, spacious but cosy property with phenomenal views across the bay. A place you can settle in for the weekend & go no where other than watch the views from the balcony. The house was well equipped with everything, even the fire place was set up ready to light. Thoroughly enjoyed the space & would book again.

Relaxing and hassle free. Host provided great info - all we needed to know about our stay. Little extras like home made sour dough & butter were a lovely and kind extra.

What a location!
Summit Views is like no where else I have ever stayed! It was so private, so luxurious and the perfect place to spend our wedding night.

Probably the best view of port Phillip bay I have ever seen.
Peaceful, relaxing and cool.
Car parking is tight. But not that bad.
Oh yeah and you can see a television or the bay from any where within the building

The view from this place is spectacular. The whole vibe was very peaceful and relaxed. The great accomodation was matched with great customer service and Andrew was happy to help with any questions I had. Highly recommend this place.
