Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Helpful welcoming staff. Good clean accommodation and good evening meal and buffet breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. Attractive roof bar for younger clients. Car parking staff were efficient and provided an excellent service in removing a punctured tyre and getting it repaired late on a Sunday night and that too on Republic Day. The hotel is well placed for visiting Itmad ud Daula, an often overlooked treasure of Agras Mughal culture . Recommended for an economical stay in Agra

Adequate and safe. The facility is quite cold in winter. Adjoining restaurant was good. No USB ports for charging phones. Poor quality toiletries. Great water pressure in shower.

Very well located hotel with river and Taj Mahal view - weather permitting.

The hotel overall is fine but the mattress was the worst I've suffered in over ten years. It has zero support. You'll feel like you are sleeping in a hammock with springs poking out of the bottom. It was very hard to get quality rest.

Hotel is not located near the happening end of Agra. Hitchki restaurant at roof top is very good.

Tried to put me in a different room despite paying for the view. Ac broken and room spelt bad for the first few hours. Toilet won’t flush. Great food service at the restaurant.
