My stay here at Santa Rosa was a lovely experience, clean room, staff were always polite and helpful, ideal location within 5mins walking distance from the beach and other shops. Overall 8/10

Very nice hotel, very clean amenities were good. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t give opinion on that Overall very nice and comfortable stay

Really good customer service. Bar a the terrace, good food and good view. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Fabulous great location basic breakfast freindly staff

Perfect hotel if you like non-stop partying from 6pm until 5am. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors talk, and the younger guests next to us hollared all the time. We wanted to check out on day 20 of our 27 days, but the hotel wouldn't work with us at all. We had used up all our patience, so we checked out early anyway and didn't get a refund.. The dining and bar staff were very friendly! Orbitz did give us 300 Orbucks to use, which was nice. If you are over 30, I wouldn't recommend staying there!
