I really enjoyed my stay at Las Americas Golden Towers, the room was very clean and the city view was beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but it also helps when you know a little Spanish. The breakfast was fresh everyday. Hotel is perfectly situated, and it is near food places, mall outlet stores etc. Really good stay, I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Staff was warm, attentive, and efficient. The reason I stay there.
Too bad one cannot charge room service to front desk. Paying every single time is a true nuisance. I don’t like strangers spending time inside my room to charge for food service. It’s an intrusion.
Separate spa company is a true inconvenience.

This is a horrible hotel and never ever a 4 star one. Not clean, bad food and deteriorated property. don’t stay here! Only one good thing: it does have free parking.

The staff was professional and very helpful especially Nathaniel. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room was kept clean daily. Breakfast options were great daily. Will definitely stay again.
