This hotel was fine but definitely gets a ton of usage. Also it's a bit confusing and not very friendly for those with mobility issues as you must check in next door (Bright Angel Lodge) and even inside there are some unexpected staircases on the first floor. Did the job of being a hotel that's in the park. Would stay again but would probably try elsewhere first.

Rooms were basic but clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is excellent. Close to shuttles to get around park. Restaurants were excellent. There were 4 restaurants less than a 5 minute walk. We would stay there again on another trip to the park.

The room was clean, but hot. The air was on, but did not cool the room enough to sleep comfortably. The canyon was gorgeous, of course. The location is great except be aware check in is at the Angle lodge. The good restaurants want a reservation.

It was on the rim - so that’s special. Nothing else special about it though. The room was small and was almost clean. The beds were almost comfortable. The parking was a horrendous adventure. Several stairs to go up and down even though the room was on the lowest floor. Bare bones service and amenities for a high price. Waking up inside the canyon made it convenient to see the sunrise.

Amazing!! Beautiful room and just steps away from the rim. Awesome dining options, friendly staff, n everything was so clean n beautiful!

It was wonderful staying right on the rim of the Grand Canyon. Access is amazing!

Had no issues at all. Room was clean and quiet staff was friendly and we were within walking distance to anything we wanted to do

Right next to the Grand Canyon. Place was very clean and staff were so nice. Ac worked really well. Would recommend.

Such a wonderful place to be that its hard to criticize. For $300 a night, our tv was snowy and it couldn't be completely fixed. Of course we're not there for tv.
