Great area

The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean. The furniture was dusty and the window dirty.

Location was great, close to shops and restaurants, hotel was clean and staff very helpful, was a little disappointed that the bar was in operation though.

Wifi extremely poor and unable to watch TV as it relied on the wifi. The normal TV aerial also did not work well. Room was clean but old. Not sure why we didn't get housekeeping. No real explanation given.

I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent location, great staff and very welcoming environment. Parking is easy, shops restaurants all in walking distance, great clean pool and welcoming staff, very happy with our stay

Staff very friendly. Room was clean but a bit dated.

The room was born and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, the pool area needs a bit of upgrading, no pool towels, the reception area was very nice. We had a late check out with no problems. I wished we had upgraded for a balcony. Location was excellent with everything very handy

Good value hotel in good location

Room was clean, check in was easy and the front counter staff was friendly.
