Room is clean but air-conditioning not very cooling.

I dont have a car and I didnt eat in the restuarant.

Good hotel, need transportation to events good over all

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate that they were flexible with our check in date knowing that we were arriving by sailboat.

The room was comfortable, sufficiently spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good.... if you know it will be an Asian/Malaysian meal. i.e. rice, beef and chicken curries (mild), eggs, and good sauces. There was also toast, jam, cereals, juice and tea or coffee. Coffees from the espresso machine cost extra.

Strategic location for city centre and spacious bedroom

Oceania has become our favourite whenever we are in Kota Kinabalu. Staff are helpful and attentive ro your requests. They prepared ironing board and prayer mat even without prior request. Extra Pillows are useful . Nice space for luggages. Bathroom is spacious .. will definitely be back !

Good location comfortable bed and pillows soft. Good value for money. Our favourite low cost hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

Rooms are good, but it depends which one you get. We had room 116 first, which had no view at all (only a parking building), while 305 was nice. Also there were a few plumbing issues (floater in toilet stuck, one time brown water coming out of the sink). Breakfast is decent but not outstanding. The internet (wifi) is a bit slow but working.
